Business Context
A local HVAC team that needed a website as dependable as its service
Legacy Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a family-owned company serving homes and businesses in Wichita Falls, Texas, and the surrounding area. The team handles residential and commercial heating and cooling, rooftop units, and commercial refrigeration, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
HVAC customers often arrive on a phone with a problem that needs attention soon. The website needed to show who Legacy is, what the team works on, and how to reach them without making anyone hunt for a phone number.
The Challenge
Earning trust fast and making the call effortless
Legacy covers a wide range of work, from residential AC repair to commercial rooftop units and walk-in coolers. The site needed to organize that range so homeowners and business owners could each find their service quickly.
It also needed to feel genuinely local. Stock photography would have made Legacy look like every other HVAC site, so the design had to be built around the team's own trucks, technicians, and installs.
What Green Digital Solutions Built

- Real job photos throughout the site
- Click-to-call in the header and a sticky mobile call bar
- Residential, commercial, and refrigeration service pages
- Quote request form with service and property type
- Business hours and after-hours emergency messaging
- Service-area content for Wichita Falls
- Hosting, deployment, and launch on Vercel

Customer Journey
From a problem to a phone call in one tap
Every page keeps Legacy's phone number visible. On desktop it sits in the header; on phones, a sticky bar keeps Call and Get a Quote within reach while visitors scroll.
Visitors who would rather not call can send a short quote request that asks only what Legacy needs to follow up: name, phone, the service needed, residential or commercial, and what is going on.
- Tap to call from any page
- Find the right residential, commercial, or refrigeration service
- Request a quote without a long form
- See hours and after-hours emergency availability

Real Job Photos
Showing the work instead of describing it
The site uses Legacy's own photos: the service truck, technicians on the job, and recent condenser installs around Wichita Falls. Service cards and the recent-installs section show real equipment from real jobs.
That gives visitors a clear sense of the team they would be calling before they pick up the phone.
- Recent installs from jobs around town
- Service imagery from Legacy's own work
- Descriptive alt text on job and equipment photos

Outcome
A credible, call-ready website for a local HVAC team
Legacy launched with a custom website that shows its own work, organizes residential, commercial, and refrigeration services clearly, and keeps calling or requesting a quote one tap away.
The site is live at legacyheatingac.com and is hosted and maintained on the $25/month Website Hosting & Upkeep plan.
